Create a stimulating environment, at home; surround your child with books, educational toys and instructional videos. The more materials at his disposal, the more interest he will be to learn. Foster emotional intelligence, kids learn the basics in preschool: sharing, taking turns, playing fair. Continue to encourage this behavior as he grows, and don’t forget to set the example! Build strong family a tie, a child who is loved by his family grows up happy and loving, too. Have regular bonding activities with the family. Try camping, picnics, or even indoor activities like watching kid friendly videos or playing board games.

Giving ample physical activities helps develop strong bones and muscles and his self confidence as well. As early as possible, encourage your child to get into sports, like soccer, basketball, or badminton. Have regular check-ups; monitor your child’s health with scheduled visits to the doctor. In all cases, an ounce of prevention is still better than a pound of cure.
