Having a unique personality can help you stand out in a field of hyper-competitive commodity-sellers. Personality is the oldest and most essential form of branding, and if you think it’s not worth being aware of and cultivating, well, the chances are good you either have the lowest prices or are looking to change careers anyway.
It is like when having a business when your business is presentable I’m sure that your business will become successful in the near future but if your business is lack of cooperation and you are not dedicated to your business I’m sure that it will not become successful. Like what I have said having a good personality is having a better future, my friend is applying for a Business Loan in the bank. I cannot say that my friend is not a respected person but I think he is lack of good personality, he is applying for a Small Business Loans but unfortunately they never approved his application the reason why is because he is lack of confidence, I just told him that there are so many Business Loan in the bank and next time that he will apply he make sure that he has a good personality and confident.
